After a brief introduction to concentration meditation and some basic instruction, give meditation a try during this unique Engage Sunday at PLUUF. Instead of talking about it, attendees will have the opportunity to get a taste of meditation practice for themselves. Two 15 minutes of silent sitting will be divided by 5 minutes of silent walking meditation. This practice will be followed by group reflection and discussion.\n
