Sunday, September 2 ENGAGE Program – The video of the Ware Lecture given by author, radio show host, and journalist Krista Tippett entitled “Mystery and the Art of Living,” given at General Assembly 2016, will be shown and discussed. The lecture connects with recent ENGAGE programs addressing the need to create compassionate conversations and remain in relationship with people of opposing views.
Sunday, September 9, 10:00 AM Worship Service – As part of our UU tradition, a combined Water Service and Harvest Festival will be held. The Water Service recommits friends and members to PLUUF after a summer of activities, and the Harvest Festival celebrates our bounty. If available, bring fresh produce to be donated to local food pantries. Please stay for our 2nd Sunday potluck.
Sunday, September 16, 10:00 AM ENGAGE Program – We will be celebrating the founding of PLUUF, honoring the memory and leadership of PLUUF founders David and Jean Conover, and recognizing special guests and founders Marjorie Kenyon-Cler, Barbara Lukas, and Dave and Karen Williams. A special potluck will follow the program.

A 15 MINUTE MEDITATION SESSION FROM 9:30-9:45 TAKES PLACE ALMOST EVERY SUNDAY. SET UP AND SIT DOWN BY 9:25 IF POSSIBLE. FEEL FREE TO JOIN WHENEVER YOU ARRIVE.
Every Thursday from 7:00-9:00 PM – Families United meets at PLUUF. Families United is a support group open to anyone who has been affected by addiction. These meetings are open to the public.
